The trail head can be found at 8110 River Stone Drive, Fredericksburg Va. 22407 which happens to be next to the Spotsylvania School Board building,
which is located off Jefferson Davis Hwy in the River Run Business Center, across from the Massaponax High School.

Look for the Ni River Trail sign on the right as you turn into the Business Center.
